Our billing department is located within our office which allows for a decrease in errors that could be seen with a larger facility. Patients will be able to reach the same group of medical billing specialists with any questions or concerns.
We accept all major insurances and will submit to both primary and secondary insurances. We are currently no longer taking new patients that are members of Anthem Hoosier Healthwise, MDwise Hoosier Healthwise, or Managed Health Services.
We provide a personal look at each patient’s benefits and eligibility before treatment begins. This allows for the patient to be more informed of their financial responsibility and for our assistance in setting up financial arrangements.
Our staff also does all prior authorizations to ensure that claims are paid correctly and avoid unnecessary responsibility on the patient.
Our staff completes all Family Medical Leave Act papers and we assist on all cancer policy requests. We also help patients with charity searches for drug assistance for the higher priced drugs.
Our billing staff is well versed in the current coding techniques which allows for a timely payment of claims. Our goal is to allow the patient to focus on their recovery rather than the insurance issues that we may encounter.
